With the increasing attention on food safety issues in China, the need for a communication platform to connect all the stakeholders – ranging from the food producers, the consumers, the media and government agencies – becomes a key component for a healthy food safety ecosystem.
AmCham China's Food and Beverage Forum invites Mr. Zhong Kai, Deputy Director of Risk Communication Department of the China National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center (CFSA), to come and give an introduction about the China Food Safety Risk Communication System and discuss with our members how the system works. At CFSA, Zhong is responsible for the planning and implementation of food safety risk communication.
