The AmCham-Guanghua Young Professionals Management Workshop is a workshop series for young, promising professionals who strive to become effective managers within their organizations and build global careers. Offered by the Peking University, Guanghua School of Management's International MBA program, in collaboration with the AmCham Young Professionals Committee, the workshop series will provide both critical management skills training, career planning, and practical insights into doing business in China and building a global career. Workshop participants will learn how to deliver better results and drive growth within their organizations.
In this inaugural module, participants will learn how expatriate roles have changed in China. Through discussion, case study analysis, and interactive exercises, you will gain practical insights into how both multinationals and local companies use expatriates effectively, and how to build a successful expatriate career in China.
