Almost every job description you will ever read lists "leadership ability" as a quality that is valued or even required. However, it is not such an easy trait to define.
Young professional groups from AmCham China, the British Chamber, the Swedish Chamber, and the German Chamber will co-sponsor a night that sets out to define this undefinable term. Dominic Johnsson-Hill, founder of Plastered T-shirts; Clare Pearson, CSR manager of DLA Piper; and Wang Liwei, CEO of Charitian, will highlight their experiences in leadership positions in various sections of the business world. They will discuss how to inspire others and what young professionals can do to fulfill their potential by learning from others.
