In addition to the report, the event will also mark the launch of the AmCham China Compliance Working Group.
Increasingly, AmCham China members are concerned about how they can ensure their business operations comply with the increasingly complex web of rules and regulations. While it isn't yet clear what impact the Fourth Plenum, where the central theme was rule of law, will have on business, one thing is for sure: This topic is pivotal not only for our members' success, but for the success of the whole reform process.
