APEC has raised the attention of the global to China again. The Chinese government has been encouraging all kinds of different enterprises to go abroad. As China has grown to the third largest global investors, the development of Asia has become an important issue, especially Southeast Asia with its open investment environment, relaxed investment policy and human resources.
