The highlight of the event is a sit-down educational wine tasting. You will learn how to impress your friends and colleagues with new-found wine knowledge! Fongyee will lead us in a course called "The Art of Blind Tasting," where we will have the opportunity to taste and learn about four different imported wines.
In addition to the wine tasting, there will be an expert to explain how different wine glasses and decanters can greatly influence the taste of wines. At the end of the event there will be prizes for top scorers and a lucky draw.

Fongyee Walker is a specialist wine educator (in English and Mandarin) and wine consultant as well as a WSET Certified Wine Educator. She has also designed special trade-targeted wine courses in Mandarin for such bodies as Wine Australia and the US Agricultural Trade Organization.
