You will also hear from Jackie Zhang of Gaopeng Law Firm on the laws and regulations that companies need to know if they hire expats. Zhang joined Gaopeng Law Firm as a partner in 2009. She started practicing law in 2001 and since then has acted as a professional legal consultant or adviser for many major domestic and foreign enterprises. In 2013, she was selected by the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) and Uria Menendez International law firm as one of the top five Chinese lawyers for training and working with renowned foreign law firms in Spain, Belgium and Chile.
