Enforcement by US authorities on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as the current anti-corruption campaigns have greatly raised the business community's attention to compliance towards anti-bribery and corruption regulations. As the environment regarding anti-corruption and anti-bribery develops, understanding the trends and history of the US government's approach towards FCPA will be key to managing future business operations for American companies.

Smith, from Norton Rose Fulbright, to discuss recent FCPA developments, regarding fraudulent activities and the potential for international cooperation between Chinese and foreign authorities on anti-corruption enforcement.
