Drawing on his extensive experience as a technology business leader, global health advocate, and social innovator, Steve will reveal how PATH managed to help a Chinese vaccine company to obtain a WHO prequalification certificate for a locally made Japanese encephalitis vaccine, a first in the history of the Chinese vaccine industry.
