In this two-day advanced course for effective business writing in a multinational context, participants will take a close look at their own writing skills– identify key strengths and challenges - and know how to write an array of relevant documents in a professional and fast-paced environment. We'll focus on structure and language – including English language logic, as well as grammar and other relevant punctuation relevant to business communications. Then, we'll look at the soft skill of writing – structure, tone, and clarity. Emails, reports, proposals, and other relevant documents will be covered. The program is customized with REAL, relevant examples – and with useful and appropriate activities that allow participants to proactively address real issues and get their questions answered. It is an interactive workshop that requires full attendance, full participation and a commitment to improve professional skills!

Trainer: Em Roblin
Em is the Managing Director of LEAP. She is specialized in effective communication. Em was recipient of the Ernst & Young Women in Business Inspiration Leadership Award in 2011, is an advisor to POWER Women, and has been an executive member of the Viva Professional Network and board member of 85 Broads. She writes a column about effective communication for women in the All China Women's Federation's monthly publication.
Before her China time, Em has a wealth of training experience and graduated top of her class with a Masters in Policy and Administration.
