Struggling to attract and retain top talent? What professional staff want most from their employer and what employers think they want is often not the same.
Join AmCham China to hear Angie Eagan, MRIC group managing director for China, introduce key findings on talent attraction and retention from the newly-published "2014 Talent Report: Greater China & Singapore".
Based on the responses of 5,000+ professionals working across the region, the report offers clear insights into the 'motivators' driving career decisions among mid- to upper-level managers. Specifically, Eagan will unveil the highlights of this year's findings on:
• How talent assess a potential new employer
• Why talent change jobs
• Why talent stays in a current job
• What makes a "good" employer, and
• What factors matter most in 'work-life' balance
The report offers companies a look at critical differences in priorities across locations within the Greater China and the Singapore region, as well as by gender, job level, and company type. Finally, Eagan will share MRIC Group's advice on using the Talent Report data successfully in developing an effective recruitment strategy.
