The BPO forum was established in 2010 in order to bring together professionals to promote common interests and beneficial policies and to stimulate dialogue on the positive impact of business process outsourcing for both the US and Chinese governments. The BPO Forum seeks to support the Chinese government's plan to develop a healthy outsourcing industry in China.
