In this next session of AmCham China's Skills Training Program, we will focus on strategic communication skills, in partnership with Intellect Associates. This full-day course focuses on the communication skills that are essential to business discussions, meetings, and conference calls, especially in a cross-cultural environment. Participants will learn the communication secrets that deliver long-term results, build partnerships, and promote collaboration across borders. The target course participants are local employees in multi-national companies.

Hubert Lin
Hubert has over 15 years of global experience within senior management positions in managing projects and coaching teams across the US, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, Argentina, and China.
Born in Taiwan and raised in the US, Hubert moved to Beijing with his wife in 2004. Over the past five years, he has presented frequently at his company executive meetings, trained and developed local teams in Beijing. He has a wealth of experience in management, business writing, workplace creativity training and presentation training.
Mike Oswell
Mike is an experienced and successful business leader, business developer and manager. A graduate of Harvard Business School, Mike has over 30 years' experience as a senior executive in a global consulting company, including as Asia Managing Director, and has worked in over 60 countries.
Mike has been especially successful in the leadership of multinational teams, whether in business management or project management tasks. While in Singapore he started the Asia campus of the company's in-house university and in recent years has been active in China in the areas of executive education.
