AmCham China, The US-China Business Council (USCBC), and the United States Information Technology Office (USITO) are pleased to host a farewell luncheon honoring the 10th US Ambassador to the People's Republic of China, Gary Locke.
Ambassador Locke arrived in Beijing in August 2011, and immediately secured his place in the business community by bringing his experience as a former US Secretary of Commerce to his new role and making it a priority to work with American businesses in China to further enhance the US-China economic relationship.

Ever since his initial days as the chief representative of the United States in China, Ambassador Locke has demonstrated his sincerity in advocating on behalf of US businesses of all sizes, and has proven himself as a great statesman in managing the strong relationship between the US and China.
