The understanding about careers of most people might be like an expectation, which resembles a high-speed elevator and focuses on the feeling of "one step in the right position". However, the career development process is often more tortuous than smooth, with many ups and downs. Your career, a process that trains your will, can provide you with beautiful views around the corners which may not be seen in the high place. And most importantly, you can go further if you expect to fly higher.

We are honored to invite Josephine Zhou, Major Projects & Key Accounts Management Director of Otis Elevator, to share her insights on women's power, in other words, how strong women can be when they are believing themselves, and eventually reach the right position. She will also share the right mindset of women chasing their careers, balancing their work and life, and realizing their life values.
