Neal Beatty, regional director, Global Client Services, Control Risks in Greater China, will discuss best practices for managing fraud and corruption risks associated with China business operations. This will include a discussion on fraud and corruption threat assessments for businesses operating in China, plus an overview of a best practice compliance framework. The talk will include practical case studies and tips that senior managers can implement to help mitigate integrity risk. Beatty will discuss both preventative and reactive best practices, with a particular focus on crisis management in relation to integrity-related issues.
