Under the prevailing China individual income tax ("IIT') law and regulations, starting from 2022, the non-taxable benefits IIT treatment on rental, language training and children education for foreign individuals will be eliminated. And the preferential tax treatment on annual one-off bonus and equity incentive income for tax residents may also be cancelled as well.

This will bring financial impact to both foreign employees and their employer. Therefore, cost estimation, employee communication and other financial analysis/planning would be needed.

We are honored to have PwC experts come and share their observations for the upcoming changes of IIT preferential policies and we will also take this opportunity to kick off Northeast Chapter's Executive Breakfast Briefing series. This will be a great opportunity to meet the Northeast Chapter Executive Committee and become involved in the Dalian & Shenyang's professional community.

As a kick off event, this time's breakfast briefing will be free and open to cardholding members and invited guests only. Only 20 seats available. Please RSVP as soon as possible.
