Event Details

AmCham China would like to extend an invitation to all members to attend a virtual briefing hosted by the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. The Embassy's Environment, Science, Technology, and Health Officer Craig Simons and Economic Officer Juli Kim, who both participated in Special Envoy Kerry's recent in-person meeting with his Chinese counterpart Xie Zhenhua, will provide insights from the visit.

The virtual briefing will be held from 3:30 - 4:00 PM (Beijing Time), Wednesday, September 22 via Webex. The event is off-the-record, closed to the press, and no recording is permitted. Embassy representatives will speak for roughly 15 minutes and another 15 minutes will be allocated for participant questions.

Given that this briefing will be a joint effort together with USCBC and USITO, please do not submit duplicate registrations via other channels, and we ask that only one representative per company register to help manage the size of the event. The deadline to register is Friday, September 17, at 4:00 PM. The meeting access link will be shared with confirmed registrants closer to the event date.
