The Women's Professional Committee and 85 Broads invite you to join in for a lunchtime presentation by Tricia Nadaff, president of Management Research Group (MRG). Women hold only 17% of China's higher skills and leadership positions, and this gender disparity has an impact on competitiveness. It is important to understand the gender gap and how to address it. Nadaff will discuss MRG's research of over 1,000 companies to highlight what leadership practices and competencies are important for female leaders, as well as what differentiates men and women at senior levels, and what differentiates success for the middle-management level from successful female senior management.
Tricia Nadaff works extensively with MRG worldwide network of coaches and consultants to provide support, education, and coaching that assists in their development and selection work with individuals and organizations around the world. Nadaff speaks internationally to groups of leaders focused on improving their effectiveness in their professional roles and the quality of their lives. She is a contributing author to the book "Enlightening Power" and has a particular interest in engaging in the exploration of global leadership, gender in leadership, and leading authentically.
