The guest speaker for this month will be Bob Brink, founder and principal of Brink Financial Group Inc. Brink has been working in the financial services industry for 25 years and has served American clients in Asia for 15 years. He will discuss US tax regulations and legislation affecting Americans working and living abroad, including the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FACTA), which deals with accounts in overseas banks or investment accounts. He will also discuss how to manage 401(k)s or IRAs while living overseas. The speaker was introduced by Premium Financial Group, a financial services advisory firm based in Beijing.
