Is there a pay gap between genders in China? What is behind the gap? Join this webinar to find out more.

Global research has long confirmed that men and women are treated differently in the workplace in areas such as promotion, hiring, and pay. Women in China should have equal opportunities for progression and promotion as their male peers. The Women's Advisory Council Gender Pay project is a joint effort between Korn Ferry, SCHS Asia, and AmCham China that begins to tackle this complex and sensitive issue.

We invite you to join this webinar on February 4 to hear insights on the latest trends observed in the gender pay landscape in China from experts, Su Cheng of SCHSAsia, as well as Charles Shao and Jessica Shen of Korn Ferry.
