"Change is the only constant in the world" – the ever-changing competitors, technical iterations, the replacement of business rules, the migration of talent, etc. The pressures faced by enterprises are constantly coming from all sides. As these challenges continue to evolve, how do companies ensure that employees are able to adapt and create value?

We are now entering into VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) area. How does the overall economy impact the Jingjinji (京津冀) Area and consequently, the Tianjin market? With more uncertainty upon us, we must ask:

  • What talent is valued the most?
  • What can we do to retain and motivate our key talent?
  • What are the reward trends that might provide insight for our future human resource practices?

At November's breakfast briefing, we are honored to have Amy Su, Principal of Career Business Leader, Mercer North China join us and share her insight on what is happening in rewards under the current economic outlook.
