Martin Winchell is the Managing Director-Greater China for Schneider Logistics Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schneider National and a premier provider of logistics solutions that delivers measurable value to the most complex supply chains. In this position, Martin was responsible for Schneider’s entry into China, its acquisition strategy and further growth. As Managing Director, Martin is responsible for leading Schneider Logistics (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. which offers logistics, transportation and supply chain management services for the domestic Chinese market covering more than 25 cities and with more than 600 associates.
马丁温切尔时任世能达物流有限公司大中华区的董事总经理。世能达物流有限公司是Schneider National的全资子公司，致力于提供卓越的物流方案，并在供应链中实现显著价值。期间，马丁将世能达品牌引入中国市场，负责收购战略和公司的进一步成长。世能达物流（天津）有限公司是一家集物流、运输和供应链管理服务为一体的公司，致力于服务中国本土市场，在总经理马丁的管理下，世能达物流（天津）有限公司目前覆盖25个城市，旗下员工达600余人。

Martin has worked and traveled in China since the mid 1990’s moving full-time to Shanghai in 2005. In 2008, he moved to Tianjin/Beijing; splitting time at the Chinese headquarters in Tianjin and the government affairs office in Beijing. He has been a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin since arriving in China in 2005. Martin has served as a Tianjin American Executive Committee member since 2013 and his currently Chairman of that committee.
马丁自20世纪90年代中期开始工作并往来于中国，于2005年正式到上海工作，后于2008年到天津/北京工作，往来于天津的中国区总部和北京办公室。自2005年以来，马丁一直是美国商会上海、北京和天津分会的会员。并于2013年成为美国商会天津分会的行政委员会成员，目前任会长一职。

Martin has bachelor’s degree in international economics from the University of Wyoming.
马丁就读于怀俄明大学，获国际经济学学士学位。
