  • Terry WANG

    Terry WANG

    Terry is an experienced trainer, coach and consultant specializing in Leadership Development, Talent Assessment, Organization Effectiveness and Sales Force Development. He has facilitated hundreds of training sessions and management workshops.

    Terry has over 20 years corporate experiences in Fortune Global 500, large private enterprises and unicorn enterprises. He used to be the Great China sales training manager of a foreign Fortune Global 500 enterprise, director of organizational development of a well-known IT enterprise, director of talent development of an e-commerce enterprise, and HR GM of a unicorn company.

    As a senior internal expert consultant, Mr. Wang has a very passionate and appealing, simple but profoundly teaching style. Also, he is good at creating a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere with a great sense of humor. He is also good at combining with the background and characteristics of students to absorb knowledge and develop relevant skills in a lot of interaction. His rich in-house experience in the enterprise empowers him to help students strengthen the application of training, integrating theory and practice as well as implementing of action plan.

    Mr. Wang graduated from wuhan university of technology with a major in accounting in 1998 and received his MBA from city university of Seattle in 2007.
