中国美国商会与天津经济技术开发区诚挚邀请您参加2018年12月4日（周二）下午在中国美国商会举办的"天津生物医疗大健康产业"政策解读会。天津市市场监督管理委员和天津经济技术开发区发展和改革局领导将亲临现场，解读 "中国（天津）自由贸易试验区促进大健康产业贸易便利化具体措施" 、"京津冀协同发展规划纲要"下天津发展生物医药产业的自身优势以及解答会员关心的外资医疗器械企业在天津市快速准入市场的绿色通道及优惠政策。
天津作为国家中心城市、环渤海地区经济中心、首批沿海开放城市、全国先进制造研发基地、改革开放先行区长期以来与美国企业在贸易、投资、技术合作以及人才交流等各方面保持了良好的合作。近年来，国家相继推出的一些利好政策，如新滨海新区组建、"京津冀协同发展纲要"出台、国务院批准中国（天津）自由贸易试验区成立等，使得天津经济进入快速发展阶段。在蕴含巨大发展潜力的生命健康产业方面，天津市在生物医药制造等领域具备一定的基础和条件，目前已形成了集化学药、中药、生物制药为一体的完整产业链。

Tianjin is one of the most important market for U.S. businesses in China, central government strategies in the collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province and Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone also emphasize its unique role in trade, investment and technological collaboration for U.S. businesses. AmCham China and Tianjin Economic - Technological Development Area (TEDA) has established a long-term partnership and our goals are: 1) supporting member companies to understand their specific requirements for local policy implementation support, 2) exploring potential opportunities and 3) promoting Tianjin's efforts to update and upgrade key industries for economic development.
On December 4th, AmCham China and TEDA will co-host a policy briefing, key stakeholders from Tianjin Market Supervision Administration and TEDA to debrief with members in the following areas:

- The Outline of Collaborative Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province and its impact to healthcare industry;
