AmCham China Northeast Chapter will be hosting our 9th Annual two-person best ball Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, Sept 8, 2018. This year we will be at Dalian Golden Pebble Beach Golf Club, located in Jinshitan, Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The Golden Pebble Beach Golf Club boasts two separate 18-hole golf courses, both of which are par 72. Located around 50 km / 31 miles from the city center and also the airport, both the Divine Tortoise and Jinying courses have much to offer and appeal to different abilities. Facilities include a large clubhouse with a restaurant and spa.

As honored friends of AmCham China, you are warmly welcomed to join us for a round of golf followed by snacks, beers, and an outdoor BBQ provided on the course.

Last year, our Charity Golf Tournament benefited Wang Da Jia Nursing Home for Elderly, the sponsorship totaled 21,429.66 RMB. This year, we will continue the support this charity organization.

*This is a pre-paid event, and the entrance fee includes green fee, golf cart, free transportation from/to Dalian city center (shuttle bus per request), registration pack, brunch & beer on the course, and an awards ceremony and outdoor BBQ.

Two Person Best Ball - Players will be assigned to his/her team on a random basis unless specified, otherwise by the player upon registration.

Registration

• Event registration is on a first-come, first served basis. To guarantee a spot, players must register and purchase ticket before 12:00 PM, FRIDAY August 31, 2018.
• Space is very limited, so please register early!
• Walk-ins on the day of the tournament are not guaranteed a space.

Charity - Wang Da Jie Elderly Care Home

Wang Da Jie Elderly Care Home is a public-run, non-profit organization, which has obtained the approval and archival filing by Jinzhou New Area Civil Affairs Bureau. It was founded by Ms. Wang Yi Ning in June 2006. Ms. Wang lost her parents at her age of 13 and became an orphan. She grew up with unselfish help and support from her neighborhood, and thus cares deeply about charity. She established Wang Da Jie Elderly Care Home to support homeless and low-income elders, and treats them as her own parents.

Wang Da Jie Elderly Care Home has supported over 120 elders, and helped nearly 100 disabled children. With her charity, Ms. Wang has received numerous awards, including CCTV's "Good Person By Your Side" in 2013.

However, in early 2014, Ms. Wang suffered a serious car accident, Now, she has the extremely hard time to continue to support more people, just by her own efforts. Let's work together to help them through the tough times.
