Revised and released on June 15, June 28 and June 30, respectively, the "Notifications on Several Measures of Positively and Effectively Using Foreign Investment as a Means to Promote High-quality Economic Development (Circular 19)", "Special Administrative Measures on Access to Foreign Investment" and "Special Administrative Measures on Access to Foreign Investment in Free Trade Zones" are important pieces of China's current foreign investment regulations. AmCham China hopes this briefing will provide important insights to our member companies operating in China.
