Important Notice:

The deadline for registration is COB May 9, 2018.

• Please note that payment should be made at least 2 working days before the trip (May 11) to secure your seat.

• 50% of the payment will be deducted if the cancellation notice is made after 12 PM on May 15.

No other fees are required to be paid to AmCham China except the registration charge. You will be responsible for purchasing airline/train tickets and paying hotel fees.

AmCham China will be organizing a provincial trip to Sichuan, which will be held from May 15 – 18. AmCham China's President, Alan Beebe, will lead the delegation.

During the three-day trip, with a focus on celebrating the 40th anniversary of China's opening up, both provincial and municipal leaders will meet with AmCham China's delegation and present on Sichuan's latest investment climate and policies. The delegation will also have the opportunity to visit Sichuan Tianfu New District, Shenzhen-Guangan Industrial Park, leading local companies, Wenchuan Earthquake Memorial Museum, and The Former Residence of Deng Xiaoping. This will be a fantastic trip for members to explore and learn about Chengdu and Guangan first-hand (Please see detailed agenda from below attachment).

• Forum on Expanding Investment in Southern China
• Meeting with the United States Consulate General at Chengdu
