On Friday, December 15 at 2 pm, AmCham China will host a debriefing by the US Embassy in Beijing featuring officials from the US Department of State, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ). to discuss the outcomes of the U.S.-China Law Enforcement and Cybersecurity and Dialogue.


Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan hosted the first U.S.-China Law Enforcement and Cybersecurity Dialogue, on October 4, 2017, which was co-chaired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Elaine Duke. Chinese Minister of Public Security and State Councilor Guo Shengkun chaired for the Chinese government side. The dialogue is one of the four pillar dialogues launched by US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping in the April 7, 2017 Mar-a-Lago Summit, and is a continuation and expansion of the U.S.-China High-Level Dialogue on Cybercrime and Related Issues, which was established in 2015.

Seats are limited and advance registration is required; registration will close 24 hours before the event and Walk-ins will not be accepted.
