Make your lunch productive by joining 12-15 motivated young professionals from within the AmCham community to share resources and best practices for success and career development. Young professionals interested in expanding their network, becoming more involved with AmCham China, and getting to know their peers in the community are encouraged to register for this informal discussion over lunch.

This month we are delighted to host Su Cheng Harris-Simpson, Founder and CEO of SCHSAsia. Su Cheng has built a reputation as a strong and consistent partner for her clients in China. She will share tips on how to better understand and anticipate cleints' needs and direct your workflow accordingly. Statistics show that when women lead, or are promoted to high positions, business profitably soars. However, only 8% of board members in China are women, despite comprising 50% of entry-level positions. As Founder and CEO of SCHSAsia, Su Cheng will also help us understand the gender dymanics at play in the business community in China and how young professionals can better position themselves.

Su Cheng has been working in Beijing in the fields of events and project management and marketing for over seventeen years. She has led projects for her clients including the annual Committee of 100 Leadership Scholarship Program, Meeting Professionals International's Train the Trainer program and WEConnect International’s entry and expansion into China. In addition to these projects, she has been co-organizer of the AmCham China’s annual American Ball for Charity for the past nine years.
