This training aims to enable the business leaders to assess their professional judgment by using the business and financial skills when formulating and implementing the performance management system in the fast-changing business environment. The participants will be involving to understand and discuss key issues and applied methodologies which are concerned with performance management, budget and control, and financial risk.
The fundamental understanding of management accounting systems will be introduced to strengthen the business leaders' assessments towards the daily activities. By referring to examples in practice, insights sharing into the blend of financial analysis and professional judgment required for business leaders to make proper assessment and decision will be covered. Further, the corporate issues/failures at the workplace will be discussed for better strategic planning purposes.
Upon the completeness of the training, we anticipate the participants would be able to communicate with the stakeholders effectively with the applied knowledge.
