Bing Zhou is the Vice President of Dell’s Greater China Government Affairs team. Prior to Dell, he held senior government affairs positions at GE, Novartis and PayPal. He also served as the Deputy Directory of the Bo’ao Forum for Asia and is an expert on Asian Economic Integration.

Dr. and Professor HUANG Yong is Director of the Competition Law Centre of the University of International Business & Economics (UIBE) and a law professor. Currently he is also a member of the Expert Advisory Committee under the Anti-Monopoly Commission of China's State Council.

Professor HUANG is also the Researcher of Center for Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Supreme People's Court. Professor HUANG also serves as expert of the State Administration of Market Regulation(SAMR), Expert Member of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of the State Administration of Taxation, Legal Adviser to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council , Member of Expert Committee of China Consumer Association , Vice-Chairman of the Competition Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce(China)and Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission，etc. Professor HUANG was elected to serve in the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, sitting in the Congress’ Financial and Economic Committee.

Professor HUANG received his LL.B. degree from Peking University, his LL.M. and PhD degrees from the University of International Business & Economics. He was a visiting scholar in the University of Connecticut School of Law from 1996 to 1997.

Michael Liu is the Senior Partner of Hylands Law Firm. And he co-chairs the Legal Committee of AmCham China. He is member of different international associations such as INTA and International Business Committee of Chaoyang Lawyer Association. Michael has given presentations on Chinese law at many international conferences.

Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Peking University and his Master's degree from China University of Political Science and Law.

Michael has been practicing since 2010. He used to work with Stoel Rives LLP, a West Coast US law firm in their Seattle Office. He has provided legal services for many international companies as well as Chinese companies.

Frank joined Zhong Lun in 2008 and became a partner in 2016. He was seconded to two Fortune 500’s China headquarters for part of 2011 and part of 2012, and to Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York from 2017-2018.

Frank specializes in antitrust/competition (including merger control, unilateral and joint conducts), national security review and M&A, and has worked on 100+ matters in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automobile, chemistry, energy, engineering, FMCG, healthcare, ICT, real estate, etc. His clients have included Arm, Baowu, CHD, CNPC, CTG, Cummins, EDF, Luxottica, Microsoft, Nissan, Parker-Hannifin, Qualcomm, Schneider Electric, Tencent, Walmart, Warburg Pincus.

Frank has been the lead competition lawyer in a number of high-profile investigation/litigation, mergers & acquisitions and joint venture projects, is responsible for coordinating domestic and international teams, producing documents and communicating with relevant regulatory authorities and has maintained good cooperative relationships with lawyers from a number of well-known foreign law firms.
