Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming global education, presenting both new opportunities and unique challenges to international schools in China. Recognized for their innovative approaches and global perspectives, these institutions are responding in diverse waysโfrom implementing AI-driven learning platforms and ethical guidelines to preserving the essential human element in teaching.
In AmCham China's recently published Quarterly Magazine, we featured an article that highlighted the growing impact of AI in international education and gathered insights from member schools across the country. For this event, we are honored to host this virtual workshop and invite all school leaders and educators from Wuhan Yangtze International School, Optics Valley International School, Zhengzhou Sias International School, and TCS in the Central China region to further the discussion and create a unique opportunity for extended dialogue and exchange. The conversation will explore how these schools are adapting to AI in practice, with a focus on balancing technological integration with academic integrity, developing AI literacy among both students and faculty, and equipping learners for a future increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.
Through this exchange, we aim to uncover practical strategies, address common challenges, and explore the evolving role of international education in an AI-driven world.
