    Ms. Chen has years of experience in management consulting and training, and currently serves as a partner at Martinson Training Co., Ltd. and Chief Consultant of Thomas International Psychological Assessment Company (China). She is primarily responsible for professional training in psychological measurement techniques for Chinese clients of Thomas International Psychological Assessment Company, the delivery of the copyrighted course "Leadership Succession," as well as the development and training of a series of courses on workplace talent self-awareness and development based on psychological measurement techniques.
    With decades of expertise in talent management for commercial organizations, Ms. Chen specializes in talent selection, utilization, development, and retention. From a professional psychological measurement perspective, she assists enterprises in establishing excellence standards, identifying key external and internal talents, and cultivating core teams. Her projects include developing leadership models for corporate leaders, evaluating and assessing mid-level management candidates, selecting and training management trainees, optimizing team structures for executive leadership, and building comprehensive leadership systems.
