AmCham China is pleased to invite you to join us for a stress-relief and mindful meditation session on Wednesday, June 14 at MAHA Club & Residences!
At this event, you will learn about how to benefit from meditation and get to know yourself better, especially for professionals with heavy workload. The instructor will show you ways of practicing meditation to calm down, sleep better and feel less stressed, and you would be able to speak to your soul and make you feel like someone understands what you're going through.
Let's discover the true self and go meditate under the oak trees in summer breeze!
