Mark your calendar for AmCham China ICT Committee's Cross Border Data Transfer New Rules Q&A Event on April 18!
In recent years, alongside the rapid development of the digital economy and the concomitant increase in data generation, collection, processing and monitoring in China, the government has accelerated efforts to establish a robust legal framework for data protection. These laws and regulations, particularly with respect to requirements on the processing of personal information and cross-border data transfer, pose significant challenges and compliance obligations for multinational companies when conducting business in and with China.
For this event, AmCham China is pleased to invite industry experts from USITO and WilmerHale to answer crucial questions that member companies have when it comes to cross border data transfer.
All members are welcome.
