On July 3, 2024, the AmCham China Chinese Government Affairs Committee (CGAC) will co-host a Roundtable with the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) Investment Promotion Agency (National Center for Complaints of Foreign-Invested Enterprises) .This event will focus on safeguarding the rights and interests of foreign investors. Through face-to-face discussions with foreign-invested enterprises, our goal is to delve into key concerns regarding investment protection and gain insights into the challenges faced by these enterprises. Join us in shaping recommendations for improving the investment environment.
