Kuang Xia (Kacci), a mother of three, is the director of BlueSheep Handicrafts. Her journey began in the remote mountains of China, and over more than a decade, she has developed extensive experience in sustainable public welfare. She has worked with Rachel, the founder of BlueSheep, for ten years. She is also a British Chevening Scholar. For the future, she envisions Blue Sheep will not only continue to"teach disadvantaged or disabled people to fish", as the Chinese proverb says, improving their lives by helping them sell their products, but also work together with people of all walks of life to improve the environment of "the fish pond".

Co-founder & GM of Wild West Brewing

Wild West Brewing was established in Chengdu-Qionglai in 2016, using only high-quality imported malt, hops, and yeast, combined with the pristine local water of Qionglai. Our mission is to provide beer enthusiasts with the freshest, highest-quality craft beer that also reflects the unique characteristics of the region. By blending advanced Western brewing techniques with local traditions, Wild West has crafted a distinctive beer style—balanced, clean, and uniquely flavorful, appealing to a wide audience.
Wild West Brewing was established by husband and wife team Scott and Carol Hunt. Scott hails from Utah in the Wild West of the USA, Carol is from Sichuan in the Wild West of China. The name Wild West was thus conceived. Since its founding, Wild West Brewing has been built on a spirit of craftsmanship, with a brewing team deeply dedicated to hands-on production. Our brewery team consists of passionate local brewers who share a profound love for the craft. A stable and skilled brewing team is the foundation of Wild West’s creativity and consistency, ensuring the quality and innovation behind every beer we produce.
Wild West is located in the Linqiong Industrial Park in Qionglai, covering an area of 1,800 square meters. The brewery is equipped with an advanced four-vessel brewhouse powered by steam, along with 15 fermentation tanks totaling approximately 70 tons in capacity and a professional canning line. Within the brewery grounds, we’ve also built our own taproom, directly connected to the brewery, where guests can enjoy the freshest Wild West beers straight from the source. Currently, our annual production capacity stands at 1,000 tons.
With innovative recipe design and consistent quality, Wild West has earned the trust and admiration of craft beer enthusiasts, while also winning numerous top honors in domestic and international beer competitions since our establishment 10 years ago, becoming one of Asia’s most thriving representatives of the "small yet exceptional" craft breweries.
