    Cindy Jensen is the Founder and CEO of INPOWER ONE, a management consulting firm based in China. With over two decades of experience living and working in Asia, Cindy has become a trusted advisor to multinational corporations across North America, Europe, and Asia.

    Her expertise spans C-Level executive coaching, organizational transformation, and strategy development. Drawing from her corporate experience and senior leadership roles at PepsiCo Foods Canada and TELUS Mobility working across multiple functions, she brings real-world insights to her clients. She's known for her ability to navigate complex business landscapes and drive meaningful change.

    INPOWER ONE provides coaching education tailored for aspiring coaches and leaders looking to incorporate coaching into their leadership styles. The organization has been recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with three prestigious accreditations: Level 1, Level 2, and a Coaching Mastery Series. INPOWER ONE delivers programs in English, Mandarin, and German, catering to a global audience of coaches and leaders.

    Cindy's academic pursuits reflect her commitment to continuous learning. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and an EMBA from Rutgers University. Currently, she's pursuing an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College London, a choice driven by her belief in the deep connection between leadership and mental well-being.

    Beyond her professional endeavors, Cindy is passionate about social responsibility. She's a former Board Director of Educating Girls in Rural China.
