VUCA stands for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity, which perfectly described our current working environment. In such environment, growing workload and decision-making pressure often lead to reactive problem-solving hobbit, leaving root causes unaddressed and workloads increasing. This event will focus on mindset shifts, methods & tools, and practical case exercise, helping participants develop proactive problem-solving mindset, learn systematic approaches, and solve real-case problem on-site.
VUCA是易变性(Volatility)、不确定性(Uncertainty)、复杂性(Complexity)和模糊性(Ambiguity)四个词的缩写,也是对当前我们所处工作环境的真实写照。在这样的环境下,我们在短时间内要解决的问题、要做出的决策越来越多,但很多人面对问题常常处于应激式的思维模式,很多问题看似得到了处理却未从根源上解决,因此,工作量越积越多、工作难度越来越大。本次工作坊将从思维方式、工具方法、和案例实操三个层面展开,帮助参与者初步建立起主动式思维,掌握常用的问题解决方法工具,并在在现场实现真实的问题解决。

Practical Case Exercise:
Round 1:
- Case introduction and task assignment
- Case 1: Marketing case for a well-known foreign-owned personal care brand
- Case 2: Reducing staff turnover rate in a U.S.-owned high-end precision manufacturing enterprise
- Group task completion using "proactive thinking" and appropriate tools
- Round 1 case review and feedback
Round 2:
- Each group selects real problem-solving scenarios as new cases
- Group task completion for new cases using "proactive thinking" and tools
