Mr. Tian has held positions in the Tariff Department, the Director's Office of the General Administration of Customs, and the China E-Port Data Center. He later transitioned into the professional consulting industry, serving as a line of business leader and partner at "Big Four" accounting firms such as Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where he was responsible for customs and international trade consulting. He has led teams to successfully complete government consulting projects such as cross-border e-commerce policy consulting, business environment assessments, upgrades to the standard version of the single window system, the construction of the national port evaluation system for the 14th Five-Year Plan, and evaluations of free trade zone development in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Yunnan, and other regions. He has also served dozens of domestic and international Fortune 500 companies, assisting them in completing consulting services such as tax policy research, export control, cross-border trade risk management for enterprises, and impact assessments of tariffs imposed by China and the United States.

Mr. Tian possesses extensive research experience and unique insights in the fields of international economic and trade rules and free trade zones. He assists corporate clients in leveraging international economic and trade rules to strategically position themselves within the global industrial chain. Additionally, he provides consulting services on international economic and trade rules, comprehensive bonded zones, and free trade zones to national and local governments, leveraging policy advantages to attract projects and industries to these areas.

Ms. Jiang has extensive experience in cross-border trade compliance, including import and export compliance management, trade planning and structuring, supply chain compliance, and export controls and sanctions.
Ms. Jiang has around 15 years of experience and extensive professional knowledge with respect to import and export compliance. She is familiar with the laws, policies, and procedures across practice areas relating to import and export and customs issues. Ms. Jiang has advised hundreds of multinational companies, large state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises on a wide range of trade issues covering tariff planning, transfer pricing and risk control, customs audits, processing trade verification, customs compliance reviews, AEO certification and re-certification, tax dispute resolution, and administrative reconsideration. She has won wide recognition from her clients, which operate in industries such as automobile, healthcare and medical devices, electronics and telecommunications, mechanical and electronic products, luxury goods, and food products. Meanwhile, Ms. Jiang has also participated on many occasions in regulatory inquiries and research activities organized by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China. Additionally, Ms. Jiang assists clients with U.S. anti-circumvention, Section 232 and Section 301 investigations. She helps enterprises to obtain reduced tariff rates and product exclusions to protect their rights and interests in overseas markets.
