AmCham China Young Professionals Committee is thrilled to launch a new series of NextGen Leadership luncheon events where we invite a senior leader each month to sit down and have lunch with young professionals. These successful leaders will guide you through their career journey and provide some advice on how to succeed in business and how to succeed in life.
中国美国商会职业青年工作组隆重推出"NextGen Leadership青年领导力午餐会"系列活动。每月我们将邀请一位资深企业领导，与青年专业人士共进午餐，分享职业历程，并提供关于职场与人生成功的宝贵建议。
This month, we are honored to welcome Lin Guo, Deputy Branch Manager of Bank of America Beijing, as our featured speaker. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Lin has built a distinguished career spanning sales, client relationship management, and executive leadership. In this session, she will share her journey, lessons learned from navigating a global career, and insights on how young professionals can develop strategic thinking, build resilience, and grow into impactful leaders.
本月，我们荣幸邀请到美国银行北京分行副行长郭琳担任主讲嘉宾。郭琳拥有超过20年的金融服务行业经验，职业生涯涵盖销售、客户关系管理及高级管理岗位。在本次午餐会上，她将分享自己的成长历程与职场经验，并结合全球化视角，为年轻专业人士提供关于战略思维、韧性培养与影响力塑造的实用建议。
This session is limited to 15 motivated young professionals from the AmCham China community. Participants interested in expanding their network, engaging with AmCham China, and connecting with peers in the international business community are encouraged to register for this informal and interactive discussion.
本次午餐会仅限15位积极进取的青年职场人士参与，欢迎希望拓展人脉、深入了解中国美国商会、并结识外企职场同龄人的朋友报名参加。
The tickets are limited and preference will be given to AmCham China members and employees of AmCham China member companies.
名额有限，优先开放给中国美国商会会员及会员企业员工。
A light lunch will be provided.
