"沙漠求生清单" 是通过模拟极端环境下的资源决策,训练团队领导力中优先级管理、信息整合与决策魄力的经典游戏。准确表达

· 游戏回顾

o 重点观察 3 类领导力行为

o 深度讨论问题设计,结合工作场景

· 定义领导力——"什么是领导力?"

o 为什么要训练领导力?

o 领导力带给组织的价值是什么?

o 什么不是领导力?

o 什么是领导力?


第二部分:领导力行动-以身作则

· 以身作则就是说到做到,说什么?做什么?

o 成长型思维

o 领导力首先要承担责任

o 探寻个人价值观

o 共识组织价值观

o 以身作则:时间管理和精力管理

练习:为自己在领导力行动1-以身作则进行讨论,起立分享,教练进行一对一coaching


第三部分:领导力行动-动员团队

• 动员团队就是激发情感,让团队动起来,如何激发?成长型思维
