"沙漠求生清单" 是通过模拟极端环境下的资源决策，训练团队领导力中优先级管理、信息整合与决策魄力的经典游戏。准确表达
· 游戏回顾
o 重点观察 3 类领导力行为
o 深度讨论问题设计，结合工作场景
· 定义领导力——"什么是领导力？"
o 为什么要训练领导力？
o 领导力带给组织的价值是什么？
o 什么不是领导力？
o 什么是领导力？
第二部分：领导力行动-以身作则
· 以身作则就是说到做到，说什么？做什么？
o 成长型思维
o 领导力首先要承担责任
o 探寻个人价值观
o 共识组织价值观
o 以身作则：时间管理和精力管理
练习：为自己在领导力行动1-以身作则进行讨论，起立分享，教练进行一对一coaching
第三部分：领导力行动-动员团队
• 动员团队就是激发情感，让团队动起来，如何激发？成长型思维
o 了解追随者：团队如何进行分类
o 了解追随者：因才适用，发挥优势
o 通过讲故事动员团队
o 如何当好教练型领导者
练习：讲故事，如何通过"自我揭示"动员团队，教练进行一对一coaching
第四部分：领导力行动-解决难题
• 组织中都有哪些难题？领导者和管理者分别解决哪些问题？如何解决？

o 进行领导力思考的2个方法

练习：2个管理案例分析与分享
第五部分：领导力行动-激励团队
• 如何激发团队自驱力？
