To promote energy performance contracting management and energy efficiency improvement of public institutions, under the cooperation framework of US-China Energy Performance Contracting Pilot Projects, China Academy of Building Research, the United States Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), ESCO Committee of China Energy Conservation Association (EMCA), US-China Energy Cooperation Program (ECP) will jointly organize the 2017 US-China Energy Performance Contracting Seminar to discuss issues including energy performance contracting management demands, potential and financing of public institutions. We sincerely invite you to attend this seminar.

• How can public sector organizations and ESCOs collaborate to scale-up retrofits?
