Setting up a higher education program with a local university can help a company secure a strong pipeline of talent and fulfil much of the organization's training needs.

At the inviation of the Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises Forum, Priscilla He from Intel Semiconductor Dalian Inc. will share her expertise on how to collaborate with local education authorities in setting up a higher education program for future employee development, based on Intel's a very successful experience since coming to Dalian in 2007.

    Education Program Manager at Intel Fab68

    Priscilla is the Intel Dalian Education Program Manager, taking care of Higher Education and K-12 programs.

    Priscilla’s role is as the university liaison, leading the efforts on vocational skills enhancement, curriculum development, tech workshop, Intel Fellowship and all students/faculty engagement. She also plays a key role in growing the impact of K-12 “Intel Learn”, “Intel Teach” and science to the local education community.

    Priscilla has an MBA degree and 2 Bachelor degrees. Priscilla is married with a daughter. Outside of work, she is enthusiastic in photography, badminton, cooking, and outdoor family/friends activities.
