Join us for the first in a new series of Health Matters events, launched by AmCham China’s Women’s Professional Committee! The stress that professional women living in China encounter from work, family, and society can have important ramifications for their health and prevent them from enjoying a high quality of life.
To help women think about ways to pay closer attention to their health, and manage their wellness, join our distinguished group of panelists. Dr. Xiaoyue Huang from Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics will talk about the importance of breast and cervical cancer prevention and screening procedures, Dr. Lucy Chen from International SOS will address the perils of Vitamin D deficiency, and Dr. Emily Victoria Kara from Oasis Hospital will brief on how to maintain health in the preconception and pregnancy stages of a woman's life. Su Cheng Harris-Simpson, the Co-Chair of WPC will moderate this session. Although targeted toward professional women, men are welcome join and learn how women can take better care of themselves and their loved ones.
This is an interactive series and we hope to hear from you on specific women’s health concerns that could be a part of our Health Matters series.
