Event Details

The AmCham China Business Climate Survey is one of the most studied reports for governments to understand the challenges foreign companies face when operating in China, as well as one of the most essential planning tools for American companies in China. This year, to share the report with our Tianjin members and the public, we will hold the official release event at the Hyatt Regency Tianjin East on January 29th. Please join us to have the first opportunity to learn about results of the survey, discuss the results with the foreign business community and to get a hard copy of the Business Climate Survey Report.

The 2016 Business Climate Survey marks the 18th Annual AmCham China Business Climate Survey, and we are proud to have cooperated with Bain & Company once again this year. This year’s survey is the largest yet, with 532 company participants, of which we analyzed 496 company responses who completed a significant portion of the survey. 62% of Tianjin members shared their comments regarding the issues discussed in the survey. The 2016 report will highlight our member companies’ concerns regarding China’s changing regulatory and policy environment, their perceptions of the ongoing reforms, as well as expectations for the new year.

We look forward to sharing the results and celebrating the release of the report with the business community.

We welcome you to join this last breakfast before the Spring Festival to have the first opportunity to learn about results of the survey, get a hard copy of the Business Climate Survey Report and meet with the Tianjin Executive Committee Members.
