Cybersecurity has become a top-of-mind issue for executives in China - It is no longer an IT issue considered only by technical staff. The key findings in Symantec’s annual Internet Security Threat Report revealed that 1 in every 4 banks, 3 manufacturers, and 2 energy companies were victims of cyber-attacks. Customer identity loss is the largest data risk in the cyber-attacks. Symantec's research also found data breaches increased by 23 percent, with retail and finance sectors experiencing the most severe customer identity theft.
