During the restructuring process, companies face an increased risk of labor unrest within their own workforce. Sean Molloy and Nick Hu from Control Risks will introduce the latest trends and best practices in Chinese restructuring from an integrated risk management perspective while sharing a number of relevant case studies. Dwight Nordstrom, Chair of the Manufacturing Forum, will moderate the Q&A session.
