The Media & Entertainment Forum welcomes Bingting Liu, Director of Acquisitions - Europe and America of Youku Tudou Inc. as the key speaker for an exclusive lunchtime presentation. Bingting will discuss the following:

• Youku Tudou's international acquisition history and current strategy for finished programming;
• SAPPRFT's quota system for online video sites, how it is practically working, and how this is affecting remake rights acquisition and/or co-production activities.

Bingting Liu is Director of Acquisitions - Europe and America for Youku Tudou Inc. Bingting joined the group in 2014 and currently runs the acquisitions and co-production development department for Europe and America.
